Those who have received notification of their child making the team, you're in the right place! This page contains everything you need to register your child for the season, make your payments, and get informed.

Register your Child
If you received confirmation that your child made the team, please complete the registration form below and make the required deposit payment. There is also an option to pay in full. Remaining payments are due May 1 for $273 and June 1 for $272.

Set Up Fundraiser
Each child is expected to set up a fundraiser page in support of the travel team season. Funds raised help offset program costs and 70% are reimbursed to parents near end of season. Learn More Here.
Mandatory Parent's Meeting March 15
The mandatory parent meeting is one of the most important steps in preparing for a successful season. This meeting brings together families, coaches, and YEDA staff to review expectations and logistics for the upcoming season. This meeting is required for at least one parent or guardian and the player.

Fundraiser Information
We strongly encourage parents to help their child set up a fundraiser using the link below, to help raise funds for the season. If you have any trouble setting it up, please reach out.

Why it's Important to Fundraise: Win/Win for All
Fundraising is a valuable opportunity for parents to recoup some of the expenses incurred throughout the travel ball season, such as program fees and travel costs. Fundraising also ensures we can keep our program fees economical for parents while covering the essential costs of operating a travel ball team. Every dollar counts toward maintaining affordability for our players.
Support for Parents: 70% of all funds raised by each player will be reimbursed to parents near the end of the season for costs incurred during the travel ball season, such as lodging and program fees.
Support for YEDA: 30% of all funds raised will go directly to YEDA to help cover the essential costs of operating a travel ball team, keeping program fees affordable for all participating families.
Fundraising Goal: The suggested goal per player is $1,000, but there is no limit—raising more money means a higher reimbursement near the end of the season.
Reimbursements: Fundraising ends June 5. Reimbursement checks will be issued within 10 days. Unpaid program fees and Givelively platforms are deducted.
Important Note: Parents are still responsible for paying all program fees when due, and upfront travel costs during the season.
